Acceptance of Terms
By using Invoicify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Invoicify provides free, browser-based tools for invoice generation, VAT calculation, VAT number validation, and related financial utilities. All processing happens in your browser. We do not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.
No Warranty
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, VAT rates, e-invoicing rules, and tax regulations change frequently. Always verify current rates and requirements with official government sources before making business decisions.
Invoices generated by this tool are PDF documents. They may not meet legal requirements in countries with mandatory e-invoicing (Poland/KSeF, Italy/FatturaPA, Romania/e-Factura, Belgium/Peppol). Check your country's requirements before using our PDF invoices for domestic B2B transactions.
Limitation of Liability
Invoicify shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to: incorrect VAT calculations due to outdated rates, invoices that do not meet local legal requirements, or losses resulting from reliance on our tools.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our tools for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to overload or disrupt our services
- Scrape or automatically extract data from our website
- Reverse engineer or copy our tools for commercial redistribution
Intellectual Property
The Invoicify name, design, and code are protected. Invoices you generate are your property. VAT data is sourced from public government databases.
Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party products and services (affiliate partners). These links are clearly identified. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
